Designed the Nike Form gait analysis experience — spanning the Operator App, customer-facing registration, gait analysis results, and follow-up email. The Operator App gives Nike Store App Operators precise control over timing, camera statuses, and capture moments to record each athlete's optimal run, built for speed, clarity, and accuracy to ensure consistent, high-quality data for every runner. On the customer side, the registration flow, results interface, and email were crafted to deliver a seamless, polished experience from first touchpoint to final output.
